Anthony: Hello See Hwa! Have you been to Harold's Academy before? 

See Hwa: Hello! Today was actually my first time at Harold's Academy learning how to bake a cake. 

Anthony: Do you have any experience with baking prior to this? 

See Hwa: I would usually bake some desserts with my mum but this time I was taught by professionals. They taught me each step along the way, such as how much I should beat the batter in order to make the cake taste its best. I really learnt a lot today. 

Anthony: That sounds great! What would you say was your best experience at Harold's?

See Hwa: The best feeling was when I successfully baked a cake! It made me really happy. I also tasted Harold's carbonara as well as the cake I made, which was baked using a very special method. The chefs at Harold's are very meticulous and dedicated to their craft. Besides baking, they would also work on the decorations very carefully. You can see the hard work they put in from the results. 

Anthony: Would you recommend your friends to Harold's?

See Hwa: Definitely. Considering all the effort that the chefs put in, I find the pricing very reasonable as most of the food are only around RM6-8 and they taste heavenly. Harold's is also very good place for gatherings with friends or even when you need a place to read and work on your assignments, you could always come to Harold's to work on what you need to with a cup of coffee. 

Anthony: Tell me more about the food at Harold's. 

See Hwa: They have a very wide variety of food to choose from at Harold's. Apart from assorted breads and cakes, they also serve breakfast, various coffees and teas as well as smoothies. You could also easily get a burger or a plate of spaghetti there. The burgers looked very appetising and the carbonara I tried was very full-flavoured. The bacon in their carbonara was different from the usual bacon as this was sliced into thin strips.

Anthony: Overall, what do you think of your experience at Harold's? 
See Hwa: The place in itself is lovely. It's very cooling, and having experienced baking from scratch was a great experience indeed.
